Remote based/WFH
We need someone to help processing bookings for a travel startup. This will require you to use a web interface to correctly add information to customer bookings or call the airline to process changes.
This role requires good English skills, comfort making professional phone calls, and attention to detail. It is critical that the orders are processed exactly according to the customer's request and that the order is completed in a timely fashion.
Travel agent or call center experience preferred but not required.
