What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a front-end loader to safely load trucks and manage material stockpiles

• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance

• Maintain yard cleanliness and organize material flow efficiently

• Communicate with drivers and team members to ensure accurate loading and safety

• Support general plant operations and participate in safety initiatives

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently

• Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Physical capability to perform tasks including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors

• Clear communication skills and attention to detail

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

• Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift

• Frequent climbing in and out of equipment and walking across uneven surfaces

• Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods

• Manual dexterity to operate controls and perform basic maintenance tasks

• Visual and auditory ability to safely operate equipment and respond to signals

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
