About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to residents in assisted living communities. This role offers work-life balance with no nights and no weekends, allowing you to deliver meaningful care while maintaining your personal time.

What You’ll Do 

• Conduct health assessments, exams, and medication reviews 

• Create personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team 

• Manage chronic and acute conditions 

• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests 

• Prescribe medications within NP scope 

• Educate residents and families 

• Maintain records in eClinicalWorks 

• Participate in quality initiatives 

 

What You’ll Bring  

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP program 

• Active New York State NP license and DEA registration 

• Eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid billing 

• 3+ years of clinical experience (geriatric/long-term care a plus) 

• Strong bedside manner, compassion, and sense of humor 

 

Schedule 

• Part-time flexibility 

• On-site only 

• No weekends, no nights
