The Warehouse Associate performs functions related to product readiness for patient utilization on a range of rental and customer owned products. Such as, cleaning, disinfecting, operational function checks, and minor repairs of Baxter and non-Baxter products will be expected. Essential duties include attending monthly safety meetings, demonstrating safety awareness and compliance, sustaining a clean and safe work environment, repairing and maintaining medical products including loading, unloading, moving, troubleshooting, and performing minor repairs and routine maintenance. The role requires flexibility to provide coverage including weekends and holidays, ability to adapt to evolving schedules, and sound judgment for planning and organizing. Recordkeeping duties include completing written documents for internal, regulatory, and project documentation, reading and comprehending technical bulletins, and navigating electronic devices and applications. Education and experience requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, preferred experience with medical devices and FDA regulated products, mechanical/hands-on experience, good communication skills, ability to work independently, handle time successfully, resolve conflict, and apply technical information. Physical requirements include wearing personal protective equipment, working in environments with potential biohazards, and complying with infection control policies. Compensation includes a base hourly range of $15.38 - $19, with actual salary varying based on skills, experience, and location.
