The primary purpose of the job is to: handle claims of varying degrees of complexity. This includes coverage evaluation, investigation, assessment of exposure, implementation of cost-effective litigation plan, negotiation and resolution strategy. Technical Skills and Expertise Our ideal candidate will have the following: Minimum of 3 years of experience of claims assessing, preferably travel claims, or other lines of business. Bachelor's Degree preferred Proficiency in desk management, time management and dealing with difficult customers. Confident & effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with excellent call handling skills.
