 About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and proactive HR Generalist who’s ready to jump in and make immediate impact. This NEW role is your opportunity to shape culture, strengthen operations, and provide day-to-day HR support across two school campuses .

  Must have strong hands-on Paycom experience. You’ll be the go-to expert—troubleshooting issues, guiding employees, and ensuring HRIS accuracy. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Lead onboarding and manage Leaves of Absence (LOA) with precision and care.
• Own Paycom processes —from support to troubleshooting.
• Assist employees with Paycom logins, form signings, and compliance-related tasks.
• Maintain and optimize records in Paycom and support future transition to Workday .
• Drive communication—sending HR updates and policy emails to staff.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and HR policies.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.

What You Bring

• Proven HR experience, ideally supporting multi-site operations.
• Expert-level knowledge of Paycom ; Workday experience a plus (launching Jan).
• Familiar with onboarding best practices and LOA protocols.
• Effective communicator—confident sending org-wide HR updates.
• Organized, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
• Team-first mindset and collaborative spirit.
