Talent Corps is hiring construction laborers/Warehouse General Laborer for project located in Mesquite, TX starting August 25, 2025. This position will be for 2 weeks+

Duties and responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project.

The list of duties and responsibilities for a laborer on any given day may include the following:

• Preparing and maintain areas clean and unloading/loading solar panel pallets
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Following instructions from supervisors/leads
• Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.
• Maintain areas clean
• Any other job duties provided by supervisor/leads
• Quality Control Check on solar panels

WORK EVERYDAY AND BE ON TIME!!!

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Have reliable form of transportation
• Must be able to work overtime/12 hour shifts (6am-6pm)
• Must have valid ID's for employment through E-verify
• Must be willing to undergo background and drugscreen for badging purposes
• Must be able to work in non-controlled climate weather/ This position will be indoor but not climate controlled/ Warehouse will be hot 
• Must have PPE Gear includes Hair nets, safety vest, safety gloves, composite/steel toe boots, Razor blades, flashlights (No GC/Company Logo) If any certain PPE gear missing-We will supply
