Warehouse Associate - Carol Stream, IL

Overview
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate where you will play a vital role in our Shipping and Receiving Department. This position offers a full-time schedule with opportunities for overtime, working closely with advanced inventory systems and heavy equipment. The typical schedule is 7AM-3:30PM. Responsibilities
Perform basic material handling duties, including building pallets, wrapping finished goods, and preparing shipments.
Work within the Shipping and Receiving Department handling inventory tracking with computers.
Utilize UPS and FedEx systems for shipping and receiving operations.
Verify and input inventory data using computer systems.
Perform tear downs and staging of products.
Count and label boxed products accurately.
Review Bills of Lading (BOLs) for accuracy.
Move received goods to the appropriate bin or rack locations.
Operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks, wave riders, and forklifts.
Essential Skills
Familiarity with inventory management and RF Scan Gun usage.
Experience in shipping and receiving operations.
RF Scanner experience.
General warehouse experience.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
Work Environment
Work alongside a team of 35 employees, including bench techs, solders, assemblers, and office staff, in a clean room environment with individual workstations where tasks are performed while seated. The work schedule is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, including some Saturdays as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
