About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Development with a focus on hospitality and multifamily real estate projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development strategy, from the initial concept to the final execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires an individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, critical thinking, and attention to detail, who can identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and secure financing. The VP will also be tasked with overseeing construction, managing budgets and timelines, and building and managing high-performing teams while fostering a positive culture. Applicants for the VP of Development position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business or construction management and a minimum of 7 years' experience in real estate development, with a proven track record in leading large-scale hospitality or multifamily projects. Strong financial acumen, project management skills, and excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities are essential. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulations, managing project risks, and maintaining strong relationships with investors, partners, and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving innovation to enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency within the real estate development sector.
