? Job Description & Expectations

Unit Focus Areas:

Endoscopy

Pain Management

Orthopedics

Hand Surgery

Dental

Ophthalmology

Bedside Shift Reporting (BSSR) required

Utilization of AIDET communication framework

Hourly rounding required

Patient-centered care using safe, therapeutic, and evidence-based practices

Team communication, collaboration, and participation in interdisciplinary discharge planning

First-time travelers: Not accepted

✅ Required Experience & Certifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years recent experience in related specialties

Certifications (AHA only):

BLS

ACLS

PALS

? Preferred Clinical Experience

Experience in multi-specialty surgical environments:

Endoscopy procedures

Pain intervention

Orthopedic/Hand/Dental/Ophthalmology procedures and recovery

Shift Time: 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM

Total Hours: 40 per week
