Overview The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety programs across all transportation operations. This role ensures full compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and EPA regulations, promotes a culture of safety among all drivers and staff, and manages all safety-related training, reporting, and incident investigations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who can lead by example, communicate effectively, and see projects through from planning to completion.
