About the Service Appointment Representative Position:
Do you have outstanding customer service skills and a friendly personality? Kings Toyota is seeking a full-time Customer Service Appointment Representative (SAR) for our Service Department Business Development Center. We handle all of the incoming service department phone calls and make outbound calls as well. As a Service Appointment Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently schedule new / missed service appointments, scheduling customers for special order parts delivery, making follow-up calls, communicating with Service Advisors, and handling related admin duties.
Applicant must display a personable, professional image and great phone skills to serve our loyal customer base. Experience on the telephone or in setting business appointments is a plus, but not required. Applicant must have great listening skills, a can-do attitude, and be willing to learn and be creative with problem solving. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in delivering a positive experience for our customers!
2 Schedules Available:
- Monday through Wednesday and Saturday - 6:00 am to 1:00 pm.
- Monday through Thursday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
