Tax Preparer – Business-Focused CPA Firm

The RoleYou’ll be part of a collaborative tax team, preparing and reviewing a variety of returns, including:
Form 1120 / 1120-S – Corporate and S-Corp returns
Form 1065 – Partnerships and LLCs
Form 990 – Nonprofit entities
Form 1040 – Individual returns (primarily for business owners and family members)
This is a hands-on role where you’ll build relationships with both the team and clients, while also gaining exposure to more complex returns.

5+ years of tax preparation experience, preferably in public accounting or a similar environment
Working knowledge of business returns (1120, 1120-S, 1065) required
Familiarity with individual and nonprofit returns (1040, 990) is a plus
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines
Excellent communication and client-service mindset
No CPA required—EA or other credentials welcome but not necessary
