This is a remote hybrid position in Colorado. Specific days in the office are not required, but the incumbent is expected to be available for on-site meetings periodically throughout the year within Eagle and Summit Counties. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, managing both high-volume requisitions and hard-to-fill roles with innovative sourcing approaches. Join our excellence-focused Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in partnering with hiring managers and guiding candidates through a thoughtful, full-cycle recruitment experience. What you will do Assist with TA team with recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program; and writes and places advertisements. Handles administrative duties for contract and travel associates. Assist new employees with relocation and setting up housing Handles administrative duties relating to internal and external departmental reporting on behalf of the TA team Enter data on behalf of the TA team into recruitment systems Assist with new hire orientation Provide administrative support as required to support various HR Programs & Processes Provide group level administrative support for all HR related actions, including, but not limited to new hires, promotions, transfers, leave of absence, terminations and payroll transactions Provides coverage for business office functions, as needed. Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values. Must be HIPAA compliant What you will need Experience: 1 year of relevant experience required. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred The posted salary range for this position applies to Colorado and may be adjusted based on geographic location.
