Job Description

The Social Content Creator is responsible for concepting, developing, and publishing engaging digital content that reflects the brand’s voice and visual identity. This role supports the overall marketing strategy by producing compelling content across social media platforms, driving audience engagement, increasing brand awareness, and supporting occupancy and event initiatives. The position will work closely with the Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce and publish daily content (text, images, video, stories) across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Capture on-site photography and video for events, hotel features, guest experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments. Monitor trends and adapt content strategies to align with platform algorithms, best practices, and audience behavior. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interaction to foster an active online presence. Coordinate with influencers and content partners under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. Assist with maintaining a content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of planned posts. Support email and internal communication campaigns with creative assets as needed. Track performance metrics and assist with social media analytics reporting. Maintain brand consistency across all digital content and platforms. Other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1–2 years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or travel industries. Proficiency in creating short-form video and photo content using mobile and professional tools. Working knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Canva. Understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools. Strong writing and storytelling ability with a clear grasp of brand tone and audience. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexible schedule to support events, activations, and content capture outside of typical work hours. Strong attention to detail and a strong sense of what will be "on-brand." Flexible to the hotel's changing needs and priorities. Condo/Hotel experience preferred.

EDUCATION:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred. Education in Art, Graphic Design, or related fields are a plus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, associates, and external partners. Ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
