Base pay range $31.00/hr - $39.51/hr Responsibilities Serve as the central point of contact for internal business partners' technical support issues. Respond to issues by gathering necessary information and providing resolution during initial contact or escalate to the appropriate support team. Assist with Deskside and Phone Support for IT incidents and requests. Requirements A+ certification 1-3 years of experience in an IT support role 1-3 years of Call Center experience In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems (Win10, Win11, Windows Services) Familiarity with macOS/Linux is beneficial Experience with remote desktop tools and remote support software Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals Understanding of networking concepts TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN Proficient in using Active Directory tools to manage user accounts, groups, and permissions Remote tool support experience The pay range reflects the estimated lowest to highest compensation we believe we would pay at posting. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and location. This range is subject to future modifications.
