Senior Project Manager - Financial Services Industry

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-priority projects in the financial services industry. This role involves managing large-scale projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage large-scale projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Lead and direct cross-functional project teams, including setting goals, objectives, and priorities.

Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and budgets.

Coordinate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Skills:

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project).

Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and standards.

Experience working with remote teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
