Responsibilities

• Lead product development for TikTok search campaign, continuously improve ad solutions to provide better customer satisfaction
• Analyze and diagnose business problems, opportunities and risks, and then define strategy and roadmap. Define key metrics to evaluate business outcomes and progress
• Work globally and cross-functionally with engineers, data analysts, product marketing managers and other cross-functional partners for successful development and go-to-market efforts
• Constantly evolve processes and resources to improve the delivery speed and quality
• Be responsible for the ultimate business goal

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years experience in advertising or search or recommendation in a product management function, or 5+ years of relevant technical experience (i.e. Engineering, Data Science, or other)
  • Deep understanding of and experience in digital advertising
  • Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in advertising, search, or recommendation
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as Chinese-speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration and market expansion.

Job Information

For Pay Transparency: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156,864 - $296,020 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure). The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
