Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in driving procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, supply chain management, and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sourcing, supplier selection, and risk management
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and manage relationships to ensure service and quality standards
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve the best value
• Monitor market trends, identify potential suppliers, and assess industry developments
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
• Prepare and present procurement reports and dashboards to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, with a focus on data analysis and strategic sourcing
• Strong analytical skills and experience with procurement-related software tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of procurement regulations, best practices, and market dynamics

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
