We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Applications Consultant – Oracle HCM Payroll (Functional) to lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations and provide expert guidance on business processes, system integration, and post-go-live support. This role will be instrumental in shaping Payroll-related solutions for enterprise clients and ensuring seamless integration with related modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business process workshops and advise clients on the adoption and best practices of Oracle Cloud Payroll.
• Provide detailed functional insights on Fast Formulas and effectively communicate requirements to technical teams.
• Work across multiple HR domains including HRIS , Compensation , Benefits , Talent Acquisition , Onboarding , and HR Operations .
• Support system integration testing , user acceptance testing , payroll parallel testing , and post go-live activities .
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions and develop comprehensive functional user guides for ESS, clients, and administrators.
• Collaborate effectively in an onshore/offshore delivery model .
• Ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high-quality support.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12–14 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud , with strong expertise in the US Payroll module .
• Hands-on experience with PaaS components and integrations with the Oracle Fusion HCM suite.
• Proven experience integrating Payroll with Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Benefits , and Oracle ERP Cloud (including General Ledger and Project Portfolio Management modules).
• Deep understanding of Fast Formulas , Payroll processes, and cross-module dependencies.
• Strong communication and documentation skills to support knowledge transfer and user enablement.
• Knowledge of HR technologies and frameworks supporting various HR functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s)
• Prior experience working in a consulting environment
• Experience with payroll implementations for large enterprises
