Ensure security at entertainment venues, including monitoring visibility, handling issues, safety hazards, and assisting medical personnel. Provide security escorts for monetary transfers. Manage patron entry and exit: crowd control, ID checks, and screening for prohibited items. Assist customers with directions and support disabled patrons as needed. Resolve conflicts calmly and decisively. Train new officers and serve as a field training officer when required. Write detailed incident reports involving law or policy violations. Testify in court as needed. Enforce rules on the floor. Physical activity may be required. Communicate positively and utilize customer service skills with patrons and colleagues. Perform duties safely and report hazards to management. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction. BRING US YOUR BEST. Must be at least 21 years old. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous guest service experience required; 6 months preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and operate company vehicles. Ability to respond quickly to problems and conflicts, including self-defense in physical situations. Ability to walk on level surfaces and stairs. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to write clear and accurate reports. Effective in resolving conflicts diplomatically. Maintain energy and a proactive approach.
