1. Purchase to Pay : must have end to end knowledge of purchase process
2. Subcontracting Process : Siemens has very complex processes since they have complex products
3. SAP MRP knowledge
4. Soft Skills - good communication and teamwork skills, as they will be interfacing with offshore teams and are central to the business.

Specific Requirements - Skills Knowledge of SAP Materials Management with integration to MRP, inventory, warehouse management, supplier quality, and finance. Good understanding of the Subcontracting process. Knowledge of SAP serialization. Knowledge of SAP MRP. Knowledge of Goods Movements within SAP. Understanding of MTS, MTO strategies, Batch Management. Understanding of Vendor Master data, Purchasing Groups, and Purchasing Organizations. Expertise in Info record, Source List, Automatic Purchase Orders, Contracts, Stock Transport Orders. Knowledge of Invoicing Process and handling GR / IR discrepancies. Experience working with complex organizational structures. Responsibilities Implement and enhance purchasing processes. Respond to SAP-based questions. Process Documentation and User Training - update existing documentation for enhancements. Technical support - support manufacturing operations with materials delivery. Interface with offshore IT teams (India and Thailand), communicate business needs, and write detailed functional specifications. Support SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project, maintaining existing SAP systems, handling reports and requests, and supporting new projects and enhancements. #J-18808-Ljbffr Veracity Solutions
