gritty, coachable, and fiercely motivated Sales Associate to join our Acute Care division, covering hospitals in Chicago and surrounding states. This role is your launchpad into a high-impact medical sales careerâwith a clear path to Territory Manager and Regional Sales leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities: - Territory Coverage: Support a multi-state territory centered in Chicago, covering acute care hospitals and health systems.
- Call Points: Wound Care, Critical Care Units (ICU/NICU), Infection Prevention, Quality, Risk Management, Operating Room, Supply Chain, and Materials Management.
- Sales Training & Execution: Learn the full sales process from prospecting to closing under the guidance of seasoned sales leaders.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow existing business through relationship-building, service, and product support.
- New Business Development: Identify opportunities and open new accounts with a solutions-oriented, value-driven approach.
- Product Focus: Disposable products designed to prevent hospital-acquired infections and improve patient outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, logistics, and clinical to deliver value-based outcomes to customers.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required
- 0â3 years of sales, customer-facing, or clinical experience preferred
- Proven competitive achievements (sports, sales, academic, etc.)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- A clean driving record and valid driverâs license and willingness to travel
- Must live in or near the Chicago area
