**Job Title:** Canvasser for Roof Inspection Appointments

**Job Description:**

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Canvassers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for going door-to-door in neighborhoods within a 45-minute radius of Tomball to identify homes with roofs older than five years. Your primary goal will be to set appointments for our roof inspector to assess potential storm damage. Successful appointments can lead to commissions based on closed deals.
UNCAPPED COMMISSION ONLY ROLE

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to identify potential leads.
- Assess and identify roofs that appear to be older than five years.
- Engage homeowners professionally and informatively to set appointments for roof inspections.
- Utilize provided storm maps and scripts to support your canvassing efforts.
- Work independently to create and manage your own schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointment details.
- You will only speak with homeowners for an average of a few minutes to set the appointment

**Requirements:**

- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Comfortable traveling to different neighborhoods within a 45-minute drive from Tomball.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and apply training materials provided.
- Ability to adhere to the provided script while adapting to conversations naturally.

**Compensation:**

- Commission-based pay on deals closed from your set appointments.
