Our mission is to deliver accessible, high-quality, integrative care to patients across the United States via innovative virtual care models, emphasizing collaboration between dental, medical, and holistic health professionals.

Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate, credentialed holistic and alternative medicine practitioners to join our expanding telehealth team. As a Telehealth/Remote Holistic & Alternative Medicine Practitioner, you will provide remote wellness counseling, integrative health support, and lifestyle guidance to patients referred from our network clinics. You will collaborate closely with dental professionals and medical doctors to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. This role offers flexible part-time and full-time opportunities, with a minimum monthly patient volume of 200. Practitioners may also supervise and collaborate with support staff as part of our multidisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment & Care:
    • Conduct virtual consultations for patients with a wide range of non-dental health and wellness concerns, within your professional scope.
    • Provide individualized wellness plans, nutritional counseling, herbal recommendations, and lifestyle modification guidance using secure telehealth platforms.
    • Utilize both synchronous (real-time video/phone) and asynchronous (store-and-forward) telehealth approaches to deliver care.
    • Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHRs).
    • Educate patients on holistic health principles, preventive care, and integrative approaches to wellness.
  • Collaboration & Supervision:
    • Collaborate with dental professionals, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality, integrative care .
    • Participate in interprofessional team meetings, case reviews, and care planning sessions.
    • Supervise and mentor support staff as assigned, fostering a collaborative and supportive virtual work environment.
  • Compliance & Best Practices:
    • Adhere to all state licensing board regulations and telehealth guidelines, including holding active licensure/certification in the state(s) where patients are located.
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant privacy and security standards for telehealth.
    • Obtain informed consent for telehealth services and maintain the same standard of care as in-person visits.
    • Complete required telehealth training, public and insurance-specific guidelines, and state-specific compliance enrollments.
  • Technology & Remote Work:
    • Use telehealth technology platforms for patient care, communication, and documentation.
    • Maintain a secure, private, and professional remote work environment with reliable internet connectivity and necessary hardware/software.
    • Assist patients in using telehealth technologies and troubleshoot connectivity issues as needed.


Required Qualifications:

  • Naturopathic Doctors (NDs): Graduation from an accredited naturopathic medical school, successful completion of the NPLEX exam, and active state licensure where required.
  • Holistic Nutritionists: Certification from a recognized holistic nutrition organization (e.g., American Association of Drugless Practitioners, Trinity School of Natural Health).
  • Herbalists: Certification from a recognized body (e.g., American Herbalists Guild Registered Herbalist credential) and relevant clinical experience.
  • Licensed Nutritionists: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nutrition or related field, completion of supervised practice hours, and state licensure/certification (e.g., CNS exam).
  • Licensed Dietitians: Master’s degree from an accredited program, completion of supervised practice, passing the CDR exam, and state licensure as required.
  • All Roles: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in your specialty.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and EHR systems, or willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with both synchronous and asynchronous telehealth approaches.
  • Ability to manage a minimum monthly patient volume of 200 patients.
  • Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality, integrative care and collaborative practice.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multi-state licensure or eligibility for expedited licensure where applicable.
  • Prior telehealth experience and/or telehealth certification.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring clinical support staff.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Familiarity with insurance and public health guidelines.

  • 100% remote, work-from-home position.

  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom for Healthcare, Doxy.me, or similar) and EHR systems.
