SUMMARY

Join a growing company in the food and flavor industry as a Regulatory Documentation Coordinator, where you’ll support compliance efforts and play a crucial role in regulatory documentation and certification coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the collection and organization of regulatory documentation from raw material suppliers (e.g., allergen info, product specs, certificates of conformance).

• Prepare and distribute compliance documentation and customer questionnaires as requested.

• Maintain regulatory records and documentation within internal systems to ensure up-to-date and accurate files.

• Assist in inputting and updating raw and finished goods data into digital databases.

• Conduct preliminary reviews of labels and related product documentation for consistency.

• Provide administrative and document support to the Regulatory Compliance Manager, including formatting, scanning, and tracking.

• Aid in compiling materials for both internal and third-party audits.

• Help gather materials required for renewals of certifications such as kosher, halal, and organic.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s degree or higher in a STEM field or Business Administration preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in regulatory, quality, or compliance – ideally within the food, flavor, or fragrance sector.

• Strong understanding of documentation and compliance processes; familiarity with standards like FDA, EFSA, or GFSI is advantageous.

• Experience with technical or lab documentation is a plus.

• Highly organized and attentive to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple documentation projects.

• Excellent communication skills; experience collaborating with various internal teams and external partners.

• Spanish language proficiency and ability to translate technical documents is a plus.

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and electronic document management systems.
