Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage and oversee regulatory activities for both new and existing products, specifically within the hair care category. The role involves ensuring compliance with health authority guidelines and internal company procedures.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Conduct regulatory assessments for hair care products to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Review and approve ingredients, raw materials, formulations, and artwork, including ingredient statements.
• Plan and manage regulatory activities to align with health authority requirements.
• Define and execute registration strategies and planning.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on medical affairs and authority applications (MAA).
• Maintain and archive registration files effectively.
• Monitor product safety to ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge and experience in regulatory affairs within the beauty or personal care industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes for ingredients and product formulations.
• Ability to build and expand knowledge of organizational processes and customer needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
