We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Radiocommunications Systems Technician to support the installation, testing, and maintenance of advanced communications systems. The role includes a mix of fieldwork and workshop activities and is ideal for someone with strong technical and organizational skills.

• Perform on-site performance and coverage testing of radio systems and equipment.
• Assemble modern communications equipment in the workshop and participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Manage inventory and ensure availability of necessary components and tools.

• Technician diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is highly desirable.
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Ability to plan and execute tasks independently, with a strong focus on goals and priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a capacity for self-learning.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, wiring diagrams, signal flow charts, and bills of materials.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and planning for radio system installations, including equipment and cabling layouts.
• Competent in technical documentation and spreadsheet-based data processing (calculations, charts, etc.).
  

• Basic understanding of RF (Radio Frequency) concepts, RF communications, and electronic devices.
• Experience with RF test instruments or equivalent measurement tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis, technical reporting, and integration across software platforms.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (2D) or similar design tools.
