Quotations Support

Our client, a distinguished leader in the lighting industry, is seeking a dedicated professional to support their quotations team, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer and project inquiries. Focus:

• Assist in preparing and reviewing project quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to gather necessary details for proposals.
• Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies.
• Utilize industry-standard software tools to analyze and interpret project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on quotation statuses and address inquiries promptly.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency within the quotations department.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical training.
• 3-5 years of experience in the lighting or electrical industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Bluebeam.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Existing industry relationships are advantageous.
