The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are adding a Project Compliance Coordinator in our Finance and Accounting division in Seattle. In this role, you will support project compliance objectives through defined transactional tasks. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Submit public work intent and affidavit filings.
  • Submit public work certified payroll reports.
  • Support project close-out within ERP.
  • Support contract validation in ERP.
  • Validate service sites, agreements and work orders.

What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry

  • 1 year of project support experience preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite -Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
  • Knowledge of automated accounting and construction management software preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills required.
  • Self-motivated; deadline oriented with strong attention to detail required.
