We are seeking a program manager to join our team! A program manager is a key role, responsible for growing and protecting existing customer relationships through quality, schedule/technical performance and financial results of design and manufacturing projects for Navy/maritime projects and programs. A program manager is responsible for all customers and projects within their market segment portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Existing customer relationship management
• Developing repeat business with previous and/or current customers in the segment
• Grow existing customers through cross-selling and expanding our product lines.
• Strategic project oversight and guidance, be as involved as necessary to protect and grow the customer relationship
• Manage program risks and balance/prioritize competing demands.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to identify strategic opportunities
• Lead the pursuit and capture of key opportunities in the segment
• Support of development of new customers in the segment
• Influence product and service strategies and offerings
• Understand and articulate value proposition
• Assist with bids, proposals, and business capture activities.
