As our collision center estimator, you will work with some of the best collision center managers in the business to ensure that repairs are estimated properly and delivered as promised. Prior experience as an estimator or in a customer service role is preferred.
Job Responsibilities - Prepare honest, accurate and complete damage estimates for customers
- Inspect damaged vehicles thoroughly using standard written procedures
- Estimate repair costs and the anticipated time needed to complete them
- Monitor repairs as they are made and track costs, labor and materials
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
- Coordinate and communicate actions within the dealership and the collision center
Qualifications and Professional Attributes - Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers

- Proficiency with multiline phone systems and computers

Collision Center Paint Technician You are a painter at heart. And metal is your canvass. While we don't need the next great fine artist, we do need a paint tech with serious skills. If that's you, then the rewards can be outstanding. At our busy dealership's collision center, we need paint techs who are highly focused, driven by results, and motivated by a job well done. It helps to have a great eye for color, finishes and details, too.
Job Responsibilities - Inspect prep work
- Tape and mask vehicle
- Mix paint
- Apply paint coating
- Communicate status of all work to estimator
- Visually match all colors in paint color spectrum
- Inspect finished product for overall quality
- Attend weekly department meetings
Collision Center Technician We know that good body techs do more than repairs, they make our customer's vehicles-and our shop-look good! If you are experienced, hard-working and known for your skill and attention to detail, then our busy collision center may be the perfect fit for you. You will need to have at least six months of experience in frame, metal and interior repairs on collision-damaged vehicles to qualify for this amazing opportunity with excellent earning potential.
Job Responsibilities - Possess an operating knowledge of measuring systems
- Diagnose and repair full-frame vehicles and uni-body structural damage
- Repair and replace body panels
- Replace damaged wiring harnesses or reinstall harnesses after body repair
- Remove and reinstall interiors
- Attend weekly department meetings
- Maintain clean work area
