Job Summary

The Physician works within a team to provide medical care across all age groups, adhering to state licensing and scope of practice standards. Responsibilities include diagnostics, treatment planning, patient education, and coordination of care.

Minimum Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution, with completion of an accredited residency program.
• Physician license in Washington, with board eligibility/certification in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
• DEA registration, hospital privileges, and BLS certification within specified timeframes.
• Experience with electronic health records, CPT-4 and ICD-10 coding, and working with diverse, low-income populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care, diagnostics, and treatment plans.
• Obtain medical histories, interpret data, and order lab tests.
• Educate patients and coordinate with staff to meet patient needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and document all encounters accurately.

Additional Information

Must possess a valid drivers license and appropriate liability insurance. The position is full-time, entry-level, and in the healthcare industry.
