Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ETL tools, HCM extracts, and Oracle cloud integrations, with a strong understanding of HR processes and data compliance. Job Responsibilities: Build and improve ETL processes for importing/exporting data to/from Oracle HCM Cloud Utilize tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Informatica, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL scripts, and BIP reports Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL jobs for performance and reliability Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance Support system upgrades, regression testing, and patch implementations Required Skills: 10+ years of ETL development experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) Expertise in Oracle HCM tools such as APIs, Extracts, HDL, and BIP Familiarity with cloud integration platforms like OIC, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud upgrades and implementation projects Knowledge of data governance and data privacy standards in HR systems Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.
