Job Description:
As an office assistant you will be responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting. These duties may include sorting and distributing mail throughout the office, greeting office visitors and directing them to employees and coordinating with Managers to schedule appointments or update schedules.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
· Making and receiving calls using a multiline system.
· Strong verbal and written communication.
· Must be detail orientated and attentive.
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Welcoming any visitors to your office.
· Be coachable with a willingness to learn.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· May perform specialized services of a routine clerical/administrative nature in strict accordance with established procedural guidelines, as appropriate to the position.
· Schedule or assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and/or conferences, as appropriate to the position.
· Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software).
· Establishes, maintains, processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or other documents.
Requirements:
Travel agency experience a plus
Proven experience as an office assistant (Preferred)
High School Diploma or equivalent
