Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join our team. As a Off Road / Dump Truck Operator, you will assist in various construction projects, performing tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up barriers
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them to the appropriate locations
- Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks such as cutting, drilling, and nailing
- Clean and maintain construction equipment and tools to ensure their proper functioning
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
-MANDATORY DRUG SCREENING
-Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in grading/site prep
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
