Overview We're seeking a full-time, hybrid Marketing Coordinator to join our La Jolla, SD office. This role will be responsible for providing administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs. Responsibilities Assist the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, including digital advertising related projects. Assist with creation and reporting of marketing campaigns. Obtain and manage marketing campaign tracking and attribution setup with marketing tracking codes, phone numbers, and manage the activity related to inbound marketing initiatives. Support Marketing Directors with digital marketing plans including SEO, social media, digital advertising platforms. Provide recommendations to drive online traffic to the website/social media platforms. Monitor website traffic and trends using Google Analytics and heat maps. Project manage the implementation of digital marketing initiatives. Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the website/social media platforms. Manage content development and translations. Coordinate and interact with marketing-related vendors to develop marketing assets. Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as company or sponsored events. Provide support to the business intelligence, data, and acquisitions teams by creating reports for marketing activities and assisting with actioning inbound marketing activity. Assist with creating content for blogs, and external publications. Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports as assigned necessary. Other duties may be assigned. Education Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience 0-2 years of related experience Adaptable to business global environment Study or interest in Marketing Knowledge and understanding of the wide variety of brand marketing channels Fluent in the following language(s) preferred: Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French Technical Skills Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Online and database management (Microsoft Dynamics, Power Bi) Soft Skills Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. Ability to exercise problem-solving and innovative-solution mindset to efficiently resolve issues Physical Requirements Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day.
