Manager/Senior Manager - Auto Finance Analytics & Modeling

Location: Greenville, South Carolina

About the Company:

Our client is a rapidly expanding auto lending firm experiencing consistent year-over-year growth. As they prepare for their next phase of expansion, they are seeking accomplished professionals to lead key analytics and modeling functions at the Director and VP levels.

Role Overview:

They are hiring for multiple senior-level roles, including Managers and Senior Managers, across the following domains:

• Pricing Analytics
• Statistical Modeling
• Credit Risk Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics and statistical models to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee pricing strategy, risk management, and model development processes across consumer lending portfolios.
• Manage and mentor analytics teams, providing strategic direction and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and enhance data-driven insights.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and ensure models adhere to best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in an analytics or modeling role within the auto finance or consumer lending industry.
• Proficiency in R, Python, or SAS, with a strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and driving large-scale analytics initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytical concepts to senior leadership.
