WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a X-Ray Tech for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in York, Pennsylvania.
Job Function:
Position patients and adjust equipment to capture diagnostic images as requested by the physician.
Set up, operate, and maintain X-ray equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Clearly explain imaging procedures to patients to ensure understanding and comfort.
Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff by adhering to proper radiation safety protocols.
Job Requirements:
Current state licensure (or willingness to obtain).
1 year of experience in this specialty.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
