We're looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Digital Communications Representative to join our Inside Sales team and help us continue to Bring Happiness to Every Home®. As a Digital Communications Representative , you'll be the first point of contact for customers engaging with us through digital platforms such as Web chat, Facebook, and SMS. You'll be responsible for scheduling in-home consultations, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate responses across all digital channels.
