Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Concord, North Carolina

Employment Type: Agency Temp to Perm

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the warehouse sector. In this role, you will contribute to efficient warehouse operations by assisting in unloading, order pulling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in getting product received and shipped.
• Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.
• Perform repetitive heavy lifting ranging from 10 to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Requirements

• A background in Warehouse operations is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to perform work while standing throughout the shift.
• Must be able to maintain a steady pace while not sacrificing safety or quality.
• A willingness to cooperate and follow instructions from Team Lead.
• Must be a team player.
• Attention to detail needed to ensure boxes are placed on the correct pallet.
• Steel toe boots are required.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse role.

Work Hours: M-F, 8am-4:30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
