**Key Responsibilities:**
* Own cloud case files in Clio/NetDocuments and enforce version control
* Draft, proof, and e-file pleadings in WV, KY & OH courts
* Prepare discovery, correspondence, and engagement letters with zero-defect accuracy
* Schedule and host virtual hearings, mediations, and depositions (Zoom/Teams)
* Monitor all docket deadlines and statutes using firm rules
* Perform preliminary Westlaw/Lexis research and cite-check briefs
* Route documents for e-signature/notarization via DocuSign/Notarize
* Serve as first-line client contact for status updates and billing questions
**Requirements:**
* Paralegal certificate or AA (bachelor’s preferred)
* 2+ years’ litigation or insurance-defense support experience
* Fluency with state & federal e-filing portals
* Advanced MS 365, Adobe Acrobat, and cloud practice-management skills
* Superior written communication and time-management abilities
* Ergonomic remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet
* Ability to manage multiple matters autonomously
* Working knowledge of WV Rules of Civil Procedure
