Pay rate: Mon thru Fri $24 per hour. Sat and Sun work pay is $28.80 per hour 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated  Entry-Level Lab Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for scientific research, laboratory procedures, and quality control. The Lab Technician will be responsible for conducting routine laboratory tests, preparing samples, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct basic laboratory tests and experiments following standard procedures
• Prepare and analyze samples under supervision
• Maintain accurate records of test results and findings
• Clean, sterilize, and maintain laboratory equipment and workspaces
• Assist in inventory management of lab supplies and chemicals
• Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Support senior technicians and scientists in various laboratory tasks

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior lab experience (academic or internship) is a plus, but not required
