Our Agency is seeking a highly motivated, licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on selling insurance products, retaining customers, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities:
Sell and cross-sell various insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance.
Assess client needs, conduct effective interviews, and present tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve agreed-upon sales goals and quotas through consistent effort and a customer-focused approach.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
Collaborate with agency team members to ensure seamless operations and delivery of exceptional service.
Attend networking events, participate in community activities, and engage in marketing initiatives to promote the State Farm brand and generate leads.
Maintain accurate records and provide timely activity reports to the agent.
Qualifications:
Property & Casualty (P&C), Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain required licenses within a specified timeframe.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Proven sales or retail experience, with a successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and dedication to customer service excellence.
Proficient in various computer applications, including Windows.
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
Experience in marketing and conducting client interviews is a plus.
