HVAC Installer

We are looking for an HVAC Installer to join our team!

Job Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, ductwork, ventilation and sheet metal to company standards, while providing customers with a high-quality experience.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental and vision (Available the first of the month following 60 days of employment). Employees are covered at 85%, dependents are covered at 75%. (This will be deducted from your paycheck weekly)
• 40 hours sick pay per calendar year (available after initial 90 days of employment)
• 401K retirement with up to 6% match from company.
• 10 paid holidays.
• Overtime on an as needed basis. No on call or regular scheduled weekend work.

Work Hours: 7:30am-4pm

Pay Range: $23.00 to $27.00/hr. - Depending on Experience

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of previous HVAC experience
• Valid driver's license (minimum of 3+ years to be insurable)
• Work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder.
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility.

Qualifications desired:

• Sheet Metal fabrication
• Insurable driving record
• Possess most commonly used tools
• HVAC certifications
