About the Role

SystemsNet, a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP), is hiring an Entry-Level IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support for a school district located near Perkasie, PA .
Youll assist with troubleshooting, installations, and day-to-day IT operations at multiple school sites. The districts IT staff will provide on-site training, and youll have continued support from SystemsNets technical team.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to gain real-world experience and grow within the IT field.

Location: Perkasie, PA area (on-site at multiple schools)
Training: 1 week in Willow Grove, PA
Schedule:

• Training Week: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM
• Regular Hours: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM4:00 PM
  Transportation: Company vehicle provided for commuting and travel between schools

Requirements:

• Passion for IT and Technology with a strong desire to learn new skills, systems, and technologies
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal English
• Robust problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and business needs
• Familiarity with Windows-based network environments and protocols
• Solid understanding of PC hardware, software, and desktop systems
• Experience with break/fix tasks, installations, and software upgrades
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and iOS is a plus (not required)
• Comfortable in a role that involves frequent client interaction and outstanding service

** This is not a remote position.
After initial training in Willow Grove, work will be on-site at a school district near Perkasie, PA .
