Position Overview As a Physician at HH&WC, you will provide patient-centered, comprehensive care in a team-based environment. We focus on traditional medicine, DPC & concierge care, and cutting-edge longevity research to improve health outcomes. You will collaborate with Internists, specialists, and an expert support staff to deliver exceptional care. Qualifications MD or DO with completion of a Family Medicine Residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Licensed or eligible for medical practice in Wyoming DEA Certification (or ability to obtain) Passion for patient-centered care with strong interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits Highly Competitive Salary – Negotiable base salary with incentive opportunities Sign-On Bonus – $30,000 upon start Relocation Assistance – Offered to make your transition seamless Comprehensive Health Insurance – Employer-paid premiums, low deductibles Additional Insurance Benefits – Disability, Life, Cancer, Accident, Hospital Indemnity coverage, and more 401(k) with 6% Employer Match – Invest in your future Generous PTO – 6 weeks of PTO + 6 paid holidays + 7 sick days Education Allowance – $5,000 and 5 days for Continuing Medical Education Malpractice Insurance – Employer-paid coverage ($1M/$3M policy) Work Schedule – Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (no weekends!)
