AXIS AIR is seeking a part-time Event Space Rental Coordinator to manage the rental of approximately 20,000 square feet of hangar space for special events such as parties, meetings, weddings, etc.

The Event Space Rental Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination and promotion of our event space rentals. This includes presenting the space to prospective clients, managing rental inquiries and bookings, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations for events such as parties, meetings, and special gatherings.

Essential Duties:

• Respond to inquiries and provide tours of the event space.
• Coordinate rental bookings, contracts, and scheduling.
• Maintain the cleanliness, setup, and readiness of the space for events.
• Build relationships with local vendors, planners, and community groups to increase visibility.
• Assist with creating basic promotional materials (e.g., flyers, signage) as needed.
• Track usage, revenue, and client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety and facility guidelines.

• Experience in hospitality, event coordination, or customer service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Comfortable interacting with diverse clients and groups.
• Basic computer skills (email, calendar, spreadsheets).
