Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various events that align with our organizational goals and enhance our brand presence. This role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, as you will work closely with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure every aspect of an event runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate event plans, ensuring timely execution and alignment with objectives.
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for each event.
  • Research and secure venues, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships such as catering, audio-visual, and decor.
  • Create event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are executed within financial constraints.
  • Oversee event setup and take down, ensuring all details are accounted for and executed as planned.
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase event visibility and attendance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using event management software and tools to plan and execute logistics.
