Job Description

We are a fast-growing event marketing and nonprofit fundraising company in Louisville, KY, seeking Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives for an immediate start . This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in high-energy environments, and want to build a long-term career in customer service, event marketing, community outreach, and nonprofit fundraising .

No experience required. We offer paid training , hands-on mentorship, and real-world experience through live events, promotional campaigns, and nonprofit initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with the public at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs

  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service to attendees, donors, and supporters

  • Clearly communicate nonprofit missions, fundraising goals, and campaign messaging

  • Answer questions accurately while representing partner organizations with confidence

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination

  • Build positive relationships with community members and nonprofit partners

  • Maintain a high-energy, welcoming, and professional presence at all events

Qualifications

  • Outgoing, approachable, and confident communicator

  • Comfortable interacting with the public in face-to-face settings

  • Coachable, positive, and eager to learn new skills

  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Reliable, professional, and available for an immediate start

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, or fundraising is a plus—but not required
